Very few persons are comfortable with having a protruding Abdomen. Almost everyone I know, in one way or the other expresses himself or herself when it comes to potbelly turnoffs.
I must say that abdominal workouts don’t take out the fat in the abdomen, at least not as what you eat, how you eat, when you eat and general exercises would. People say “I just wanna burn belly fat, other parts of my body can be as they are”. Hear the truth THAT IS PRACTICALLY NOT WORKABLE. Localized fat loss is not exactly possible with exercises. Other therapies and methods may work, like thigh liposuction, abdominal liposuction etc but abdominal workouts don’t just burn abdominal fat.
Abs workouts help you get a nicely shaped set of abdominal muscles but you can’t see it with the fat covering it, that is why it is said “Abs are made in the Kitchen and not in the gym” and the 70% kitchen 30% gym. You should read my other articles on that Here and “Eat more to burn fat” here
So now it you have little fat around ur abdomen and want to get a flatter abdomen, abdominal workouts will show results you can see. And there are a lot of them but I have a make a little video with 4 exercises for flat abdomen, belly or six pack as you wish to call it.
