“Eat” Your Water

Did Victor say “Eat” water? Yes, He did.

I actually did. It wasn’t a mistake. Some of you already understand this but whether you do or not, just hang on.

Water is of major importance to all living things; in some organisms, up to 90% of their body weight comes from water. Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. Hence insufficiency will lead to a lot of negative effect, maybe not immediate, but definitely.

Some researches say once you start feeling thirsty, you are already getting dehydrated. And it’s unfortunate that many people do not have enough water at their disposal except when they are at home. You will hardly catch me without a bottle of water in my bag, whether I’m going to gym or not. However for some, due to some reasons, it might be difficult, and some people don’t like drinking much water, hence there is some help for that. This brings us to the “Eat Your Water”; it means, consuming foods that constitute a great quantity of water, without further ado, let’s list them and their water content in percentage.

Just to make it a little different this time, here are just photos containing the information. The photos are not mine, they are adapted from different sites.
